1.Essay 2つ(追加で1つ、さらに助成金に申し込む場合は1つ)
2.Reccomendation Letter２つ
3.Organizational Chart
4.Introduction
5.Organizational Support Letter

が必要なります。

ちなみに私は4つEssayを書きました。

具体的なEssay(2013入試、2014Class)の問題は、
1.Discuss the unique talents and perspectives that you will bring to the Executive MBA Program and how professional and personal accomplishments will benefit your EMBA colleagues. How will an Executive MBA contribute to your professional/personal goals as well as the goals of your sponsoring organization? Please address why you have decided to apply to the EMBA program at this point in your career. 

 2. Describe a current or recent business challenge that you have faced in your work. Please explain how you handled or resolved the situation and the lessons learned from the experience.

3. (Optional) Is there any further information that you wish to provide the Admissions Committee? You may use this space to provide an explanation of any areas of concern in your academic background or your personal history.

4.(Optional) The Boston University Executive MBA Program awards a limited number of scholarships for incoming students. Selection for these scholarships is highly competitive. Academic and career achievements will be considered with preference given to those who are self-financing all or part of their Executive MBA education.

どのようなEssayを書いたかは今後参考までにブログにのせたいと思います。

GMATやGREはExecutiveMBAには必要ないことが多く、ボストン大学のEMBAも同様でした。

この点で、医師がMBAを取得する場合は時間の節約になるかと思います。

しかし、博士号(Ph.D)を持っていたり、勤務年数が10年以上必要になるため、医師の場合は6年間の医学部生活があるため、勤務経験の確保が私の場合はとても大変でした。

しかし、BUに直接行って熱意を示したところ、研修医2年、勤務歴5-6年＋Ph.D.の私でも受験をさせていただくことができました。

MITのEMBAと違ってBUは医師に対して医師のキャリアを考えてくれました。
